Yoga assists with concentration at every age, encourages patience while bringing more positive awareness.
I Love Yoga Too was designed for Youth ages 4-16. We provide year long - short term program's workshops teaching staff members & students all about the Mind Body Connection, Self Esteem, Positive Affirmations Yoga, communication skills, Meditation and more.

- We incorporate games into class to make yoga fun. The children will learn to use their breath as a tool to relax them during yoga, school, home and challenges in life encouraging kids to try again as they learn.
- Welcoming Private & Public Schools- Progressive & Religious Schools -Montessori School & Social Services Programs
- Classes will assist in Team Building Skills to create self awareness & self esteem.
- Basic take home Self soothing tools to calming & reducing anxiety, anger minimizing outbursts.
- The many benefits for children to use Deep Breathing Exercises - Yoga Mindfulness practice as a guide as they move ahead in school /life.
