Yoga will also assist with concentration and patience while bringing them more positive awareness. Youth Healing was created just for Youth ages 4-16. Classes workshops and private sessions teaches them all about the Mind Body Connection, Self Esteem, Yoga, communication skills, Meditation and more.
We incorporate games into class to make yoga fun. The children will learn to use their breathe as a tool to relax them during yoga, school, home and challenges in life encouraging kids to try again as they learn.
