The Love Healing Retreat gives you yoga, mediations and deep breathing daily, gathering for workshops and discussions based on our relation-ship with ourselves as a whole mind, body, spirit. Developing awareness brings us closer to understanding of where some of our habitual thinking and feeling patterns began and even better how to shift these limiting programs within. We will dive deeply into the Mind Body Connection which flows into the Mindfulness we gain from practicing yoga meditation and breathing consistently. 
Educating ourselves on the infinite well of healing powers we have within us as we move through each day reconnecting with our minds, bodies & spirits as one of, if not the most valuable investments we can make for our lives. Each day fully taking in the intelligence of nature all around us while being surrounded by like-minded people whom we can share the experience with, healthy meals made by our private chef, a guest speaker & author, transportation to and from the airport and so much more.

The mindfulness in yoga is a wonderful way to strengthen the Mind Body Connection improve skills to help calm, relax and de-stress. Yoga will also assist with their concentration and patience while bringing them more positive awareness.
