The Love Healing Retreat gives you yoga, mediations and deep breathing daily, gathering for workshops and discussions based on our relation-ship with ourselves as a whole mind, body, spirit. Developing awareness brings us closer to understanding of where some of our habitual thinking and feeling patterns began and even better how to shift these limiting programs within. We will dive deeply into the Mind Body Connection which flows into the Mindfulness we gain from practicing yoga meditation and breathing consistently.
